Staying the night at Hirafu Station

Just before New Year, I stayed the night at Hirafu Station in Hokkaido. The station building has been converted into two guest rooms on the second floor and a dining area on the ground floor overlooking the platform. Heavy snow, a peaceful location and great food made staying the night at a railway station absolutely perfect!
