Hama-Taura Station in Hokkaido. It opened in December 1959, with a little girl giving flowers to the driver of the first train to stop there. It closed in March 2023, with the same girl now in her 70s giving flowers to the driver of the last train to stop there.

Demolition work is underway. The platform has already been removed.

Inside the shelter, all that remains are some simple wooden benches and lots of origami cranes.
